1. Application of these Terms of Sale and Gift Card Terms

These Terms of Sale and Gift Card Terms govern (i) your use of IPIC gift cards, promotional bonus cards, passes, vouchers, and rewards tickets; (ii) purchases of movie tickets from IPIC; (iii) dining purchases made in-theater and at IPIC-associated restaurants; and (iv) returns of IPIC merchandise purchased online or in person. These policies are Additional Terms governed by the IPIC Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these policies have the meanings given to them in the IPIC Terms of Use.

All transactions described in these Terms are offered by CB Theater Experience, owner and operator of the IPIC brand, unless otherwise stated. The IPIC name remains the consumer-facing brand for the theaters, website, mobile app, membership program, gift cards, and restaurant services.

2. Transition and Continued Validity of Existing IPIC Cards and Rewards

Gift cards, bonus cards, passes, vouchers, rewards tickets, and similar instruments previously issued under the IPIC brand remain valid and will continue to be honored at participating IPIC locations operated by CB Theater Experience, subject to the terms printed on the applicable card, pass, voucher, or reward; these Terms; availability; applicable law; and any expiration, use, or redemption restrictions that apply.

Existing IPIC ACCESS Rewards and rewards tickets continue to be governed by the IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Existing balances, rewards, and member benefits remain subject to Program rules, availability, and expiration terms.

3. Gift Cards, Bonus Cards, Vouchers, Passes, and Rewards Tickets

Passes may be issued to guests of a screening that is interrupted or cancelled, as a customer-service or promotional effort, or otherwise in our discretion. Passes may be redeemed only for one (1) standard movie ticket at a participating IPIC cinema location in the United States, subject to the additional terms printed on the pass. Passes may be redeemed for Premium Plus seating only where expressly specified on the pass and are otherwise redeemable for standard seating only.

Rewards tickets are issued pursuant to the IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards Program and are redeemable for one (1) movie ticket at a participating IPIC cinema location, subject to the additional terms printed on or provided with the rewards ticket and to the IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.

Food and beverage vouchers are valid for redemption toward food and beverage purchases, excluding alcohol where specified by the voucher terms or otherwise prohibited by applicable law, up to the value of the voucher. Food and beverage vouchers may be valid at a particular restaurant, restaurant brand, IPIC cinema location, or any participating IPIC cinema location, as specified on the voucher.

Gift cards are valid toward purchase of movie tickets, food, and beverages, up to the value placed on the card, in person at participating IPIC cinema locations and associated restaurant locations in the United States or online through IPIC.com or the IPIC mobile app, subject to the terms on the back of physical gift cards or accompanying materials for electronically issued gift cards.

Bonus cards are promotional stored-value cards issued as part of an offer or otherwise in our discretion. Bonus cards may be used at participating IPIC cinema locations and associated restaurants in the United States or online through IPIC.com or the IPIC mobile app, subject to additional terms printed on or provided with the bonus card.

Redemption of vouchers, passes, rewards tickets, bonus cards, gift cards, or tickets for admission to any particular cinema, movie, or show is subject to availability.

Vouchers, passes, rewards tickets, bonus cards, and gift cards may not be resold without written permission, may not be reproduced, are non-refundable and not available for exchange, and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. They will not be replaced if lost, damaged, destroyed, or stolen unless the applicable terms expressly state otherwise or replacement is required by law.

Use of vouchers, bonus cards, gift cards, or similar instruments for purchase of alcohol is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and may vary by location.

4. Movie Tickets

Tickets purchased online can be collected by the purchaser at Guest Services at the IPIC cinema location for which the purchase was made. Purchasers may need to present a confirmation email and/or other identification when claiming tickets.

Movie tickets are refundable until one (1) hour before the advertised showtime of the applicable screening. To return a ticket purchased in-theater, visit Guest Services at the applicable IPIC location. To cancel a ticket purchased online, visit www.ipic.com/support/manage-reservation or the applicable support feature in the Services. No refunds will be provided for any ticket to a screening scheduled to start within one (1) hour.

No one will be admitted into a screening more than twenty (20) minutes after the stated showtime. No refunds or exchanges are available for late arrivals, except that we may, in our sole discretion, offer limited exchanges. Please ensure that you can arrive on time before purchasing a ticket.

All ticket purchases are subject to IPIC current booking fees and other charges disclosed at checkout. Where allocated seating applies, you may be able to choose your seat when purchasing tickets. Otherwise, seat allocation is on a best-available basis. By purchasing tickets, you agree to accept the seat allocated to each ticket and acknowledge that we make no warranty or representation that you will be seated in a particular seat, row, or section.

We may, in our discretion, refuse to sell movie tickets to you or withdraw movie tickets from sale or offer for sale. Unless otherwise indicated during checkout, movie ticket prices on the IPIC website or mobile app include applicable state and local taxes where required.

Movie tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film by the Motion Picture Association or other applicable rating authority. Photo identification stating proof of age may be requested for admission or purchase. Tickets purchased before release of a film are subject to the film being licensed by the distributor to IPIC. If the film is not licensed or a screening is cancelled due to licensing or other issue, a full refund will be issued with proof of purchase. No additional compensation will be paid for a cancelled screening unless required by law.

5. Dining

In-Theater Dining

The following policies apply to in-theater dining purchases at participating IPIC cinema locations.

Authorization Hold Notice. For food and beverage orders, we may place an initial authorization hold on your account of up to $75. For debit and prepaid card users, this may affect your ability to use those funds while the hold is in place. For credit card users, this may impact available credit. Once your order has been paid and the transaction finalized, any held amount will be released. This typically occurs within a few days but may take longer. Contact your bank with questions about the hold. We are not responsible for overdraft charges or inability to access held funds caused by authorization holds.

Automatic Gratuity. For food and beverage orders, we may automatically apply a gratuity charge equal to eighteen percent (18%) of the total purchase, excluding tax. The full amount of the gratuity charge goes to waitstaff and back-of-house staff who assisted in serving you. The policy may vary by location and may be disclosed on menus, signage, receipts, or other materials. If you are unsure whether automatic gratuity applies, contact the theater directly or ask a team member before ordering.

Restaurant Dining

The automatic gratuity policy described above may also be applied when dining at some or all associated IPIC restaurants, including City Perch Kitchen + Bar, Serena Pastificio, and The Tuck Room Gastro Lounge, where applicable. Where applied, the policy will be disclosed on signage, menus, receipts, or other materials. If you are unsure whether automatic gratuity will be applied at a particular restaurant, contact the restaurant directly or ask a host or server before ordering.

6. Merchandise Purchases and Returns

"Merchandise" means soft goods and other tangible goods purchased from IPIC, excluding vouchers, gift cards, movie tickets, food purchases, and beverage purchases.

For merchandise purchased online, a hold for the order amount may be placed on your payment card at the time of purchase, but your payment card is charged only once the merchandise leaves our warehouse. Orders for merchandise may not be cancelled once placed.

If you are not satisfied with purchased merchandise, you may return it for a refund subject to the following restrictions: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; merchandise may be returned only if in original, unopened packaging; merchandise purchased at an IPIC location may be returned to that location within fifteen (15) days of original purchase with a receipt; and merchandise purchased online may be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt by mail by following return instructions provided by us.

For mail returns, complete the return authorization form and include it in the package containing returned merchandise. If you need a return authorization form, contact us through the Services. You are responsible for appropriate postage and return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or stated in the return instructions.

The original payment amount for returned merchandise will be reimbursed to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs, within approximately thirty (30) days after we receive the returned merchandise and form and confirm that the return meets applicable requirements. It may take one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your card statement.

If you receive merchandise that you believe is defective, within three (3) days of receipt either bring the merchandise to your closest participating IPIC location with your receipt or contact us through the Services.

These Terms apply to participating IPIC theaters, restaurants, and services operated under the IPIC brand by CB Theater Experience, including the following locations as of the Effective Date:
