The booking fee covers costs of processing and administering your reservation, including credit card fees, administrative costs, and services associated with your reservation.
No, an IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards card/account is unique to the person to whom it is registered. Points and membership benefits are non-transferrable under any circumstance (including as a result of death, divorce or otherwise). The points in a member's account cannot be transferred or combined with a different member's account.
You can earn IPIC ACCESS Points for online purchases by logging in with your membership username and password prior to completing the purchase or in store by providing your membership ID, email or phone number associated with your membership account. The IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards Program runs on a virtual membership card system. Your account will be automatically linked to the phone number and/or email associated with your membership account.
We want you to receive credit for all of your qualifying purchases. If you did not earn points for a qualifying purchase at the time of transaction, you may request points for back purchases up to 30 days after the transaction. After we confirm that your transaction is eligible, we will credit your account. Requests for a past purchase credit must be submitted in person at an IPIC Theaters location and may not be submitted online. You may be required to present a receipt for the purchase. In some instances, we may also ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase. You must have been a Gold or Platinum member at the time of the underlying transaction to receive retroactive points.
Annual membership fees of $39.00 are refundable within 30 days after payment, provided that the member has not received any member benefits or earned/redeemed any points during the current membership term.

You may purchase an IPIC or affiliated restaurant branded eGift Cards online or at your nearest theater or IPIC-affiliated restaurant.
IPIC has the right to request a valid photo ID (state or federally issued photo ID or passport) during a transaction. If you are unable to produce proof of identity upon request, we ask you return on a future date with proper identification.
To access your account at any time, log in via IPIC website, IPIC's iOS App or IPIC's Android App.
Guests will not be admitted into a screening more than 20 minutes after the stated showtime. No refunds or exchanges are available for late arrivals, except that IPIC may - in its sole discretion - elect to offer limited exchanges. If you know you are going to be late ahead of time, your reservation can be canceled online using your Booking ID up to 1-hour before the showtime. Please ensure that you will be able to arrive on-time before purchasing a ticket.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can purchase?
IPIC ACCESS has four member levels (Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Elite). Their benefits and qualifications are outlined on the Membership page of our website.
Silver Membership: The free base level of the IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards Program. Gold Membership: The first level of paid membership of the IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards Program. Platinum Membership: The second level of paid membership of the IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards program. In addition to payment of the annual fee, members must also have at least 25 qualifying ticket purchases annually before they are eligible for this level. Platinum Elite Membership: The third level of paid membership of the IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards program. In addition to payment of the annual fee, members must also have at least 50 qualifying ticket purchases annually before they are eligible for this level. Annual Fee: The current annual cost of membership is $39.00, plus applicable taxes to join or renew the IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards Program at the Gold, Platinum or Platinum Elite membership level. Weekly Newsletters: A weekly newsletter e-mailed directly to members including the upcoming week’s movie show times and film synopses for upcoming feature films, as well as special member communications about upcoming special events, promotions and special offers happening at IPIC Theaters and our destination restaurants. Priority IPIC ACCESS: Avoid sold-out films by booking in advance. Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Elite level members receive Priority IPIC ACCESS to purchase movie tickets before non-members. Where available, Priority IPIC ACCESS includes exclusive 24-hour, 72-hour, or 1-week advance IPIC ACCESS to tickets for new releases before they go on sale to the public. Availability of Priority IPIC ACCESS varies by movie and may be subject to restrictions. Advance Screenings: Exclusive advance screenings prior to the movie’s release date offering Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Elite members special first IPIC ACCESS ahead of non-members. Standard movie ticket pricing applies. Availability varies by movie. Subject to movie studio and other restrictions. IPIC ACCESS Points Overview: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Elite level members receive 1, 1, 1.5, or 2 IPIC ACCESS Points, respectively, for each whole dollar spent on a qualifying purchase depending on their current membership level. IPIC ACCESS Points are redeemable toward movie ticket purchases, in-theater dining and IPIC Express orders, or at any of our destination restaurants, allowing for member flexibility in their IPIC ACCESS Points redemption. More purchases equal more rewards. Members must have earned at least 500 IPIC ACCESS Points over the life of their account to be eligible to make the first redemption. IPIC ACCESS Points expire two (2) years after they are earned. Birthday Gift: Gold, Platinum and Platinum Elite members receive one (1) Free Premium Plus Movie ticket on the first day of their birthday month. It is placed in the membership account for one-time use at any time during the birthday month only, and will expire, if not redeemed, after the last day of the applicable month. Redemption is subject to availability; may not be redeemable for admission to some movies.
No - IPIC ACCESS Points may be redeemed at any time once a member as accrued 500 points.

If you have multiple accounts, contact your local IPIC Theaters location or visit our contact us page and a representative will help merge your existing accounts. It may take up to seven (7) days to process your request. Only one (1) account will retain its points in the merger. Points in the surviving membership account will remain unaffected, but all points in any other accounts merged into the surviving membership account will be forfeited.
If you do not want to renew your IPIC ACCESS Gold Membership, please log in to your account, go to IPIC MEMBERSHIP STATUS and toggle off "Auto Renew My Membership". By turning off auto renewal, you will automatically be dropped down to a free Silver membership tier once your Gold+ membership expires. You may also request cancelation of your IPIC ACCESS Gold Membership Rewards by filling out this IPIC contact form or by sending a regular mail to IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards Program, 433 Plaza Real, Suite #355, Boca Raton, Florida, 33432. In your communication with IPIC, please include your name, account number, and the telephone number and email address associated with your membership account.
Kids' tickets are available for children 12-years-old and under.

Each location has specific directions for parking and some offer validation.
Backpacks, backpack purses or large handbags or packages are not permitted inside of IPIC. All bags and packages are subject to inspection, and IPIC reserves the right of admission.
IPIC Theater and affiliated restaurant brands are cashless businesses (excluding our North Miami Beach, NY and NJ locations). We accept all major credit cards for payment. Please note $100 bills are not accepted at our locations that accept cash.
IPIC is not responsible for personal belongings left in the cinema or at affiliated restaurants. Recovered items will be stored by a manager. A valid form of identification (state or federally issued photo ID or passport) and confirmation of the lost item may be requested to ensure the item is being retrieved by the valid owner.
The cost to join or renew a Gold Membership is $39.00 annually plus applicable taxes.

Per The US State Department ADA REQUIREMENTS: SERVICES ANIMALS Last updated February 28, 2020: -Service Animals are defined as a dog or miniature horse that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. -A service animal must be under the control of its handler and harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animals’ safe, effective performance of a task. (42 U.S.C. § 12182) IPIC Theaters only permits service animals in areas that are open to the public. Emotional Support and/or Non-service animals are not permitted on premises, and we kindly request they stay home during your visit. IPIC and affiliated restaurant gift cards do not expire.
Bonus cards are promotional offers with defined valid and expiration dates. Please refer to the terms located on the back of a physical bonus card or in the email of a digital bonus card for validity and expiration information.
Closed captioning and assisted listening devices available upon request for first-run films. Please refrain from recording on your phone or any other device.

Reservations may be canceled online or in theater using your Booking ID up to 1-hour before the showtime.
Food and Beverage purchased from another establishment is not permitted inside IPIC and its auditoriums.
You must have earned at least 500 IPIC ACCESS Points over the life of your membership account before your first redemption of points can occur. Once you have earned 500 IPIC ACCESS Points, you are eligible to redeem points toward the purchase of any qualifying item at IPIC Theaters, IPIC Express, City Perch Kitchen + Bar, Serena Pastificio and The Tuck Room, or at any IPIC Bar. Beverages including any amount of alcohol, tax, gift cards, annual membership fees and gratuities are ineligible and points may not be redeemed towards such charges. Once you accrue at least 500 IPIC ACCESS Points, you may begin redeeming points. They can be redeemed for qualifying purchases at the rate of 100 points per dollar. For instance, 500 points may be redeemed for $5 in credit towards qualifying charges.
Guests under the age of 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian to be admitted to R-Rated Shows.
Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Elite members receive one (1) Free Premium Plus Movie ticket on or around the first day of their birthday month. The one (1) Free Premium Plus Movie ticket is valid for one-time use any day during the month in which the member’s birthday occurs. The Free Premium Plus Movie ticket will be added to your member account and may be redeemed online or in-theater. It is the member’s responsibility to check their account to verify and redeem their Free Premium Plus Movie ticket during the period which it is valid. IPIC is not responsible for emails not read or received.
Reservations can be canceled up to 1 hour before the showtime. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
Our show schedule typically goes on sale on Tuesday for the new week beginning Wednesday. Additionally, IPIC Theaters often offers advance ticket sales for select new releases. To receive communications about tickets on sale join our IPIC ACCESS membership.

All members are eligible to earn IPIC ACCESS Points. Silver and Gold members are eligible to earn 1 IPIC ACCESS Point for every whole dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Platinum members are eligible to earn 1.5 IPIC ACCESS Points for every whole dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Platinum Elite members are eligible to earn 2 IPIC ACCESS Points for every whole dollar spent on qualifying purchases. Taxes are not included in the calculation of Point earning. IPIC ACCESS Points are earned on all paid tickets and money spent on food and beverages at IPIC Theaters, IPIC Express, City Perch Kitchen + Bar, Serena Pastificio and The Tuck Room, or at any IPIC Bar (excluding alcohol in GA and TX, tax, gift cards, annual membership fees, complimentary tickets, purchases made using points and gratuities). To earn IPIC ACCESS Points, provide your email or phone number associated with your account before completing a qualifying transaction to receive IPIC ACCESS Points credit for your purchase. If you are making a purchase online or via the IPIC App or Website, you must log in to your IPIC ACCESS Membership Rewards account prior to completing your transaction.
